The Facts
Gen Z adults are grappling with emptiness. Be it from the social fallout of the pandemic, or the now wired nature of communications; The undersocialized generation is facing a real loneliness epidemic. Phones fill the void, feeling like the only surefire way to be connected. Still, they leave us overstimulated, perpetuating feelings of anxiety or depression.
